It may have long term potential to house a land steward who contributes to general property care. I live on 8 beautiful acres of wooded wetlands with 3 streams and old stone walls with berries, fruit trees, bees and gardens. It is a sacred space for healing arts. I offer access to clean water, a shower, a power source, access to an outdoor kitchen/oven shelter, land for farming or a small business that fits with rural zoning.
After an initial 1 month “free”, cost is $1.5K – 2K monthly to offset contributions, expenses and to maintain investments. Building date begins asap. Please email your contact information to mcbvtjam@icloud.com.
